Can anyone comment on how much better the CEMA 6th edition is than the 5th?
I'v heard some generalisations about how it suits longer conveyors now, but I would be interested to find out anything more specific. For example, the 5th does not really consider idler spacings much beyond 1.5m. I wonder how far the 6th goes?
Apparently it is still exclusively in imperial. Amazing. ■
