Dear Shane,

You have two options:

1) Request the proceedings from the organizers of BeltCon. Please consult their website. Costs will be involved.

2) Wait a little while and the proceedings will become available on the internet. This may take a while though, because the policy of the organizers is to have the proceedings available after the next BeltCon has started.

If you are interested in a specific paper then please let me know, I can always fax you one.

Can you give me the contact details of the organisers of BeltCon?

I'd like to get a copy (if required buy) of the papers of the last conf.

And also let me know the website , if any, where I can see the papers of the eralier conferences too.
