I believe are made packed beds with silica gel, cicling two bins one regenerating while the other is working.any large supermarket will have one .

I agree completely that a rotating desiccant drum type dryer is appropriate for your application. We have used them on several projects requiring dry air. Be careful of working with a company that does not actually design or manufacture rotating desiccant drum type dryers as they will simply be marking up the cost and passing it along to you.

Your other option is a closed loop conveying system where we control the conveying environment by circulating the conveying gas (or dry air in this case), isolating the system from ambient conditions. Dryer for Air Blowers in Pneumatic Conveying system
Pneumatic Conveying system with 4x150 SCFM blowers operating @ ~7 psi, need advise on how to dry air entering blowers. eg Condition room, tie dryers into suction. Need ~-40 degree dew point. System currently takes ambient air...Have not had experience with dryers except for those used on Compressed air system, eg 100-150PSI. Are there dryers that can operate at these low pressures without a large head loss. ■
