Hayri Ergun, has settled down for business with his own engineering office in Kdz.-Eregli. He is certified and sworn Engineer and Member of Verein Deutscher Eisenhüttenleute (Germany) and the Chamber of Mining Engineers (Turkey) and is an expert of coal carbonisation and coal and coke handling . Metallurgical and Formed Coke Production with and without conventional coke ovens, also with coals with lower coking properties, and high-capacity coal and coke handling plants and coke ovens are the basis of his know-how in this field. Our firm is Turkey’s first and foremost producer for drying machinery. Since 2006 we have been designing and producing cereal and corn drying machines, and we are committed to the development of high quality drying machinery for both the domestic and overseas market.

In addition, over the last few years, with the increase in environmental conciousness, we have developed machines for drying waste for recycling. We continue to produce our range of high-quality machinery with the support of our customers in the agricultural and ecological sectors.

Important new additions to our range recently are the Flash Dryer, the Spray Dryer and the Fluid Bed Dryer. These were all developed by our firm, and we hold the patent for the Flash Dryer. This machine is specially useful to producers of fertiliser and animal feed.

Our machinery has received particular interest among chilli pepper producers in Kahraman Mara, Gaziantep, and anlurfa, where up to 45 thousand tonnes of chilli pepper is not able to be exported because of the difficulty of drying the product. Our drying technology has enormous advantages in that it has the capacity of processing 30-50 thousand kilogrammes of wet chilli per day in a reduced area of only 500-1000m2. Furthermore, there is no risk of the product being contaminated by aflotoxin (unlike the previous traditional time- and space-consuming methods).

The Universal Dryer that we produce is capable of drying an extremely wide range of different products for both human and animal consumption. We have models that have the capacity of drying 30-50 thousand kg. per day. Universal drying systems have been manufactured by our firm for more than 35 years; therefore we have experience in different conditions, technical backup, and individually designed projects throughout Turkey and neighbouring countries.
