Very Very Fine, Dry Screener

Dear Forum members,

I am looking for Fine, Dry screener which can screen Dry, Fine sand as follows:

1. Total feed: 12 Metric tone per hour. All sand before being fed to the screen are being Dry sand by the Sand dryer.

2. Grading of feed:

- 0-300 micron:24%

- 300-710 micron: 24%

- 710-1700 micron: 24%

- 1700-2360 micron:12%

- 2360-3350 micron: 11%

- 3350 micron plus: 5%

Total: 100%.

Would someone recommend me which screen manufacturer can deliver this equipment.

Dear Forum members,

I would like to look for Dry, fine screener for following application:

1. Feed is dry sand. The sand is dried to desired degreee by dryer.

2. Tonage: 12 metric tone/hour

3. Grading of Sand:

- 0-300 micron: 24%

- 300-710 micron: 24%

- 710 - 1700 micron: 24%

- 1700-2360 micron: 12%

- 2360-3350 micron: 11%

- 3350 micron plus: 5%

Total: 100%

4. Number of screen deck: 5 decks

Would someone recommend me which screen manufacturer can offer the screener for above application. Thanks

I would consider a flip-flow type screen for the duty - 5 decks screen would have to be designed for the required duty. Please let me know.
