Our elemental analysers can give you total Cu, S, Fe, Si, etc but unfortunately we can't give mineralogy. The microwave moisture analysers provide real time continuous (and tonnage weighted) free moisture content at better than 0.4% accuracy, cost effectively (less than USD50k installed). For an application with process flow rate of 5000 t/hr a sampling system must be custom design to split a representative sample

in multi-stages. All material and conveying characteristics are require. Please contact Heath & Sherwood and we would be able to recomend a proper solution to the task. There is no easy answer since the system must be engineered properly to the application in order to sucessfully operate with minimual maintenance. H&S has a full product line of standard and custom sampler splitters which can be combined into a system to handle various material and flow rates from moving conveyors.
