An Aeromechanical Conveyor Seems To Be An Excellent Fit
Hi Sijosan. Based on the information provided an aeromechanical conveyor seems to be an excellent fit for this application: can be configured to meet the requested layout with 2 – 90 deg bends; less up-front capital expense and ongoing operating expense vs pneumatic conveying, good dust containment, low maintenance.
However, to fully assess the application we need to know the details of the hopper outlets (elevation, spacing, diameter) and the vessel/equipment into which we are discharging (orientation, dimensions, dry or wet process, temperature, etc.). Would you be able to provide these details?
