Comprehensive Conveying Data

You will find data on 4 mm nylon pellets on pages 293 to 295 of my book "Pneumatic Conveying Design Guide - Second Edition" published by Elsevier in 2004. The data covers conveying with conveying line inlet air velocities ranging from < 5 m/s to > 30 m/s, with conveying line pressure drop values up to 2 bar and solids loading ratios up to 30. The material was conveyed through a 49 m long pipeline of 81 mm bore with six bends. The material was conveyed by means of a blow tank. Material flow rates achieved were up to 18 tonne/h and the pipeline never blocked on any occasion. Good luck with your research. ■

State-diagram of coarse particles
Hi, Everybody
Have you plotted state-diagram of coarse particles. I need some experimental data to validate my numerical model. Spherical particles with the diameter of over 3mm is preferred.
