Regarding automatic truck loading of bags,you have to decide first ,type of trucks to be loaded /bed length of the truck.Now there are mainly two types of truck loading machines,first one is ,the machine is mounted on the floor about 1200 or 1500 mm from the ground,in this machine the trucks which are to be loaded have to parked them by reversing them,in second type ,the machine is mounted on first floor at about 5-6 m from the ground level,when the bag loading is in process this machine will come down by winch and ropes and will load the bags in the trucks,in this type, there in no need to reverse your trucks,every thing depends upon the latout of the packing and loading plant,there are mainly two companies in India first one is ENEXCO TECHNOLOGY AND SECOND ONE IS EEL ENGINEERING,You can find thier addresses in GOOGLE.

Regarding the price,the first one will cost you about for 9-10 lacs indian rupees and second one will be between 13-16 lacs for loading ordinary trucks.

Please note that up till now the undersigned has designed more then 80 PACKING ,LOADING,SILO systems for urea,cement plants iin India and in other countries and also worked with world renowned cos. in this field like HAVER AND BOECKER,MOLLERS, IBAU HAMBURG,BEUMER IN INDIA.
