We are the largest fully integrated manufacturers of high quality flat steel products (HRC) in the Western region of India, having production capacity 2.4 million tonnes per annum.
We have three electric arc furnances, capacity : 150 Tonnes each. At present we are handling hot slag from slag pit with the help of CAT 973 dozzer. We wish to mechanize slag handling system & looking for an equipment like continuous bucket reclaimer which can handle hot slag having temperature approx. 1400 degree centigrade & evauate the slag pit.
We shall appreciate, in case you can offer an idea to mechanize the hot slag handling or can offer for supply of such equipments.
