We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a Joint Venture partners and regional suppliers of Tecpro brand materials handling systems and products. M/s Tecpro are the leading company in the field of material handling system. M/s Tecpro started operation early in the 1990’s as manufacturer of conveyor components as M/s. Tecpro Systems. They have operations based at Chennai, New Delhi, Calcutta, Mumbai and now in Dubai with state of the art manufacturing facility at New Delhi.
Tecpro’s product range includes turnkey material handling solutions for various industries like Cement, Fertilizer, Power, Steel etc. and can offer wide variety of material handling solution for all the above sectors.
The manufacturing facility is spread over an area of 50000 sq. ft. and based at New Delhi. The plant is well equipped with modern special purpose equipments including double head boring, hydraulic assembly, simultaneous welding machine, power press etc. required for manufacture of Idlers and Pulleys. The plant has a full power back-up facility to ensure non-stop production.
Tecpro also manufacturer and supplies equipment like crushers, screens and vibratory feeders. Tecpro has entered into collaboration with M/s Peytec, Austria for conventional and flip flow type vibrating screens and with M/s Maschinenfabrik LIEZEN und Giesserei GmbH, Austria who has more than 30 years experience in manufacture of all types of crushing equipment.
The inspection facilities for the Idlers include friction factor testing, water and ingress testing as per the client specification and requirement. Tecpro have manufacturing capacity of approximately 15000 Idlers per month. The manufacturing facility have been inspected by various consultants / inspection agencies like M/s. MECON, M/s. Engineers India Limited, M/s. M.N. Dastur & Co. Ltd., M/s. Desien, M/s. Jacobs H&G, M/s. SGS etc. and the components manufactured for various clients in all the infrastructure sectors have been inspected and approved by the above agencies.
Tecpro have supplied Idlers to M/s. Neyveli Lignite Corporation for conveyors 2000 belt width having capacity of 2500 TPH and speed of 4.5 meters per second. Similarly, Tecpro have been exporting Idlers to Africa, where they are used in mining applications and have received repeat orders from Africa, which proves that Idlers are of international standards.
Tecpro have experienced capable man power in all areas of management, who have experience in large turnkey projects.
Since Tecpro’s diversification into turnkey projects leading organization in India like M/s. HINDALCO, BSES, M/s. ACC, M/s. Nagarjuna Group, M/s. Orissa Cements Limited etc. have recognized our capability and infrastructure strength by means of design & engineering, manufacture and execution and they have placed the orders for turnkey material handling system for various projects all over the country. Tecpro have received repeat orders from many of these clients which conclusively show that they have requisite strength and capability to execute turnkey projects.
