my company needs to establish soybean milling plant.

the whole soy should be milled to fine powder with hull & without heating the product ( because the heat destroy the enzyme inside the soy).

please suggest me the best solution.

N.B soy bean has high oil content.

Hi,

Try Buhler for a start. They have extensive knowledge with feed grinding and oil containing grains etc.

A piece of equipment you'll require is a conveyor belt cleaner (scraper) as your product can get very "sticky". Please visit our web site, www.bearwhip.com, to view our line of cleaners for the food and non-food industry.

Thank you for your time. Best regards, Dick Grotto, General Manager, Grotto's Tool Works.

We would need to know more information about your product before we could recommend our mill.

1) What is the oil content of the soybean?

2) What is the maximum temperature that the product can withstand?

3) What is the feed size?

4) What is the throughput rate?

5) What is the final particle size ?

Our products range from Air Jet Mills, Air Classifier Mills, Blast Rotor Screen Mills, Hammer Mills etc.

Please let us know the above information so that we can make our recommendations.

Kind regards
