Subject: Finance project ( New cements plant in Sudan ).

It is of our great pleasure to establish a mutual relationship with your company. The followings are some information about our project.

We have established a new industrial company in Sudan in March 2005. The name of the company is:

Our main objective is to fill the gap in the demand and need of cement in Sudan . We have finished all the government requirements and received all the official documents and licenecs. We owe a land of (2,000,000 sq. meters) where the plant will be held. We also owe a land of (1,749,3000 sq/m) from which we will get the raw material (134.000.000 tons limestone ) (which covers the need for the plant for 90 years to come). The government of Sudan has also granted us a license which is free from all custom taxes for ten years. Our plant location is in the Nile State north of Sudan ( Atbara City ) which is about 330 Km a way from the capital Khartoum , 450 Km from the Port Sudan and 14 km from the Nile River . This area is considered to be among the richest areas in Africa with limestone.

We are looking partners or the financing to cover the full cost of the plant production capacity (1500 metric tons per day) and a total cost of turnkey + infrastructure for the project + quarry equipment + working capital …..etc) Total cost (90.000.000.00$)

We are ready to discuss solutions or any appropriate funding formula,

Proposals for discussion and negotiation are:

A – We are looking for joint venture or fund for this project.

B - Give the funded ratio (55%) of the company founder and partner in the case of (100%) funding.

C - To be paid the full amount of funding first five annual installments beginning of the operation, and increased (45% of the company for Halease and 55% of the funding).

D- "Or after the establishment of the plant is converted to the company's public shareholding company and the work of IPO shares to pay a premium of the amount of funding immediately.
