Dear Sir

We can offer a vibratory feeder to suit your application. Since I do not have all the detail that I require I have made assumptions that you can alter if you wish & I will re-submit a new quote.

Assumptions & data provided

Capacity 50 tph

Bulk Density - assumed at 1600 kg/cubic metre

Product size - 500mm

This is large product & I assume that the 20" will be infeed to the crusher. If so then we would suggest a feeder pan at 610mm wide x 760mm long. OUr electromagnetic type feeder with 100% variable speed controls & control panel would be sufficient.

We would suggest our SFH30 suspended type feeder @ approx £4600 ex works UK

If you need a hopper interface then we would suggest a SFH 30 with hopper interface @ £6200 ex works UK.

If the feeder needs to handle the 20" product then we need to offer a much larger pan to avoid blocking & as such the pan would need to be 1525mm wide & 1065mm long. If so then our offers would be

SFH 44 suspended @ £9600 ex works UK

With a hopper interface this would be a SFH44 @ £12600 ex works UK.

We can manufacture what is required or we have the 34x42 Primary Plant I refered to in stock. This plant is ready to ship. It includes the 34x42 Heavy Duty Jaw Crusher, a 42"x17' VGF, hopper with hydraulic grizzly, 12 volt landing gear package, all mounted on a portable tridem carrier.

We also have a 28x42 Primary Plant near completion. I do believe this plant will be sold within the next day or two, but I can keep you posted if this sale does not get completed.

We also have 25x36, 18x36, 18x54, 20x54, and 25x42 Jaw Crushers in production or completed.
