Progressive design allows client to fill up to 20 bags per hour while increasing safety

Designed to increase throughput while creating a safe work area. NBE engineered this bulk bag filler for accurate, repeatable, and dust-free filling while maximizing the productivity of the filling operation. The award winning ergonomic cantilever design has proven over the last decade to allow operators the ability to easily attach bags to the fill station in less than one minute. Once the bag is spouted by the operator, the fill station PLC controls automate the rest of the filling sequence resulting in a throughput rate of up to 20 bags per hour. The HMI includes many user defined inputs that provides flexibility by allowing the filling sequence to be tailored to the customers bag sizes, materials and material delivery systems. The result is a high output of consistent, dense and stable filled bags.

NBE's Lift & Seal container discharger is ideal for applications where an easy clean sanitary design is required

NBE's new hydraulic container dischargerŒs rugged design withstands harsh plant environments while reducing surfaces and areas for material and contaminates to collect. The bucket of the container discharger has an integral roller conveyor system that allows the discharger to mate up to the customers powered roller conveyor container handling system. The exclusive NBE hydraulic cylinder linkage system provides an exceptionally smooth and controlled 150 degrees of rotation for the discharging of all the containers contents into the customers receiving hopper. The sequence of operation is automated using an Allen-Bradley PLC located in NEMA 4X box while a light curtain and safety side guards protect the operator when the dumper is in motion. All material contact surfaces are stainless steel.

Agitator Hopper and Screw Conveyor Combination Provides Consistent Material Supply For Non-Fee Flowing Materials in Customer's Batching Operation

NBE's proven Agitator Hopper design draws material away from the sides of the surge hopper and directs it through its center discharge eliminating material bridging or rat holing. This results in a consistent and reliable material supply to the screw conveyor. The screw conveyor is designed to handle non-free flowing materials and has controls that receive loss-in-weight information from the Bulk Bag Discharger‚s load cells. A variable speed drive is used to change the screw conveyor‚s feed rate from bulk to dribble to improve the batch accuracy prior to stopping the screw conveyor once the target batch weight has been discharged.

[/b]Bag Break Station designed for efficient, manual introduction into processing operations of dry bulk material from containers such as small bags, buckets, and totes[/b]

Designed to facilitate the integration of manually dumped materials into all types of dry bulk material processing equipment. The hopper is 44" square and has a usable capacity of 4 cubic feet. The dust hood features a 42" shelf height and large access opening provide a comfortable working environment for the operator. A limit switch on the door allows the system to enable the dust collection system when the door is opened and a removable baffle directs the airflow under the bag grate and into the 4" diameter dust collection port and a limit switch on the door turns the dust collector on when the door is opened.
