Sweco launches a new generation of Quick Change separators : the Non-Vibrating QuickChange machine. The new invention utilizes a set of closed loop hydraulic lifters which are mounted off the base of the unit. The lifters are tilted towards the machine to engage the top frame or cover for lifting. A hand operated pump lifts the frames and cover above the screen for easy removal. No tools are required and this means that changes can be made quickly, significantly reducing downtime and greatly increasing productivity
