NBE provides comprehensive process system solutions to discharge and transfer non-free flowing materials without the effects of bridging and ratholing. A 150 degree container discharger dumps the material out of corrugated containers into an Agitator Hopper. The Agitator Hopper is designed to continually direct material into the horizontal delivery conveyor by maintaining an uninterrupted supply of material at the inlet to the screw conveyor. The screw conveyor transfers the material at a consistent and continuous rate to the inlet of the customer supplied Fox eductor.
The fixed discharge hood design prevents material spillage during the discharge cycle of the system reducing product loss while improving plant cleanliness.
