Discharging
The KOKEISL-Fluidisator by Legno Ltd., CH-5000 Aarau, is rotating close to the inner cone wall, the product to be discharged is sligthly lifted and loosened in that area. The product is flowing and thus being discharged by its own gravity. Silos or IBC‘s will be emptied completely up to a diameter of the cone of Ø 600 mm.
and Dosage
Thanks to the KOKEISL-Fluidisator the product is flowing and thus being discharged, independent of the opening of the outlet-hole, therefore a high flexibility of the outflow is possible (1:25‘000) !!
New Design
The new generation of the system KOKEISL featuring a modular design, and component numbers reduced to a minimum (pat.pend.). All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 L and seals conform to FDA. Wet cleaning is possible, easy to disassemble.
Integration - New Cooperations
In the past Legno Ltd. has designed and built complete filling and dosing installations. Today the company concentrates on developing and producing the discharging and dosing modules and cooperates with specialized partners for optimal integration:
Coperion, Dietrich Reimelt, Gericke and ProFilling
The user can profit of the advantages of the modules and of broad experiences with powder handling for various applications such as discharging, dosage, filling and collecting recipies.
The new design will also be presented at the ACHEMA 2003.
