Rotary Valve Type NZS

Easily dismountable rotary valve for granular products

With the type series NZS J. Engelsmann AG, Ludwigshafen, offers a quickly dismountable rotary valve excellently suitable for volumetric feeding and discharging of granular products. The basic versions are equipped with rotary wheels with a diameter of 150, 200 and 250 mm. Upon request, the valve is also available in many other sizes for special applications.

The special features of this rotary valves are the space-saving one-side bearing on the motor shaft and the easily removable rotary wheel. The latter is a particular advantage if products are changed frequently. In addition, the rotary wheel bars are provided with scrapers of Vulkollan ensuring smooth conveying of many products.

For manufacturing the rotary valves there is a choice of combined construction materials such as grey cast iron/steel, silumin/stainless steel, stainless steel/stainless steel and various special materials upon request.
