The FilterSense Multi-Channel particulate monitor is ideally suited for monitoring multi-compartment fabric filter baghouses, multi-chamber cartridge dust collectors, multi-clone cyclones and clusters of bin vents. For large fabric filters in the combustion industries such as coal burning power plants, cement plants, trash incinerators and foundries, the multi channel systems has proven to be a vastly superior control device to an opacity monitor in the stack. For pulse jet filters leak locating can be added as an option. The system employs the company’s field-proven induction-sensing, protected-probe and automatic self check technologies to provide high reliability and simple operation. The rugged modular design allows for easy expansion and upgrades. A full range of communications options including Ethernet, Modbus, Devicenet and Profibus are available along with internal data logging via SD memory card.
