If you can arrange a NIR measurement so that the surface moisture is in balance with the internal moisture content, then you may get useful results. ■

Dears,
we would like to measure moisture content of iron ore pellet which transfer by belt conveyor.
It seems NIR(Near InfraRed) equipment only measure surface moisture content. However we would like to measure whole burden material.
what is the preferred equipment for this application?
