Mixing

you can volumetrically feed all the products in at the same time using a series of screw feeders that are all connected to turn at different rates of speed depending on a ration of ingredients.

I was working on a similar product for mixing pigments to plastic. The ingredients would be feed into a continuous mixer so the finished product would come out the other end. I was using some polyethylene screws because they were easier to clean and cheaper than stainless steel.

The same concept might could be applied to your system. I would be happy to look back into starting it again if you are serious.

Typically you will have larger quantities of some of the ingredients which can be fed either mechanically or pneumatically from bulk bags, silos, etc.

The minor ingredients can be manually added or fed from small volumetric screws under smal storage hoppers.

The size of your batch and over-all capacity will dictate how complex (expensive) or how simple (cheap) your ingredient system can afford to be.
