Shanghai Joyal Machinery Co., Ltd machines should be installed on the foundation of cement with a certain intensity. And the surface of the foundation must be leveled with ground, it need to leave a outlet for discharging in the middle.(please see attached drawing of foundation ). The foundation should be designed according to the geological condition and the worksite structure locally.

Before installation, you must check the machine parts whether it is complete or being damaged, it may be installed after there are no any problems.

After identifying the right level, the active roller and driven roller parts should be installed as per the drawings for installation; The driving belt should be adjusted to the proper tension; and it is necessary to fill the clean lubricating oil for each parts of lubrication.

After installation, all the fastening parts should be also checked strictly, and the loosening of bolts should not appear.



All the parts of lubrication should be well done before working, and check up the lubrication conditions. After starting, the machine should run for 1 hour without load, then begin to feed the raw material, but at the beginning, less raw material, if there is no abnormal situation, it can increase more material till full load. ■
