Have a chat to your local scraper supplier.

Consider one of those brush cleaners or a belt wash station.

Maybe a belt turn over unit?

Maybe an air knife would help.

Fit a Hosch, or Hoesch depending on how good your spelling is. If a Hoesch won't clean it nowt will. But don't fit and forget!

If you can support a marginal allowance of water to the process, a high pressure low volume spray bar and squeegee will assist in your cleaning problems.

Knowledge , is simply what is waiting to be discovered and used.

Dear Sir,

Multisprung blade type scraper is the best solution. You may contact with SCORPIO.
