We have just installed a new plant in our company and we are ready to produce fermented soybean meal. We encounter some problems.
In the production process, fermented soybean meal is so sticky and containing high moisture ,about 50%, which coming out from fermented tank through the screwer to the dryer is not smooth. Bridging in the surge bin, not constant feeding are trouble to us. Is there any kind of feeder from the fermented tank that is suitable for our precess?
