The issues with a desired track drive for a belt conveyor are simply the opportunity cost

AND the cost of manufacture.

If all you are looking for is a small track drive www.hinowa.it is an option

You should spend some time with P+H in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A. to understand and

learn about Track Drives as well as what is required of them as far as structure and

structural supports for draglines, front shovel and back hoe excavators mounted on tracks.

Its better to spend a day with P+H in Milwaukee than make broad inquiries here simply because

you are asking for very detailed information involving track drives, carriages, turntables, power supply,

and weights and not least of all costing as a simple earthmover track drive is unworkable without a

turn table mounted on a crawler drive. ■

Recently, like you, I was looking for proposed supply of crawler type track systems for our proposed mobile high angle conveyor solutions, part of a study that we were doing for a oil shale mining operation in Australia. I already had good contacts at the large equipment makers such as P&H, Caterpillar and Bucyrus Erie (Caterpillar has since acquired Bucyrus Erie). For widely varying reasons these biggies chose to not bother with my inquiries. I got great response, solutions and technical and cost proposals from Titan Intertractor.
