Health of Bulk Material Handling Industry in India at Present

For the last one year, companies, consultants, engineering services providers and suppliers etc., dealing with Bulk Material Handling Industry are facing very tough time due to various reasons. This situation will remain their for another 2-3 years unless our Govt. will take proper action. At present, most of the companies dealing with this industry are in very bad shape. This can be a very good opportunity for the MNCs who wanted to take over existing company/companies in India. Above that, Indian rupee is also depreciated by 20-25% comparing to Major currencies of the world specially US $. Mr. Seth

Your comments on Bulk Material handling Industry in India is absolutely true. I agree with you. I am working in McNally Bharat Engineering Co. Ltd. I have 20 years experience in EPC Marketing & Contracts and Techno-Commercial Services due to economic recession, lot of turbulence is running inside the entire company. Situation is going worse day by day, it is question of survival with uncertainty at mid career.

Dear Anil,

What you have written is correct.

There are very few competent consultancy services in India as on today.

Bright youngsters do not want to take up BMH consultancy due to less payments and tough field conditions.

Some India based consultancy service has been taken over by International Companies, and in few cases reverse also.

I have reviewed some reports prepared by you. It was well written. Please keep up.

Rgds,

Narayanan Nalinakshan.
