KOEPPERN Roller Presses
KOEPPERN, formed in 1898 from the former Berninghaus-Huette in Hattingen, has been manufacturing roller presses and briquetting plants since the beginning of the 20th century.
KOEPPERN is one of the leading companies in manufacturing roller presses for
briquetting, compacting of:

KOEPPERN Plants
KOEPPERN designs and supplies plants and systems for briquetting, compacting and grinding of various materials based on in-house technology and processes provided by clients.
More than 80 facilities have been supplied to many countries. They include plants and systems for
cement clinker and white cement
coal
mixed fertilizer and potash salts
ores and minerals
refractory raw materials
sponge iron.
KOEPPERN has particular know-how for equipment and plants for processing of hot material
with temperatures of up to 900 ° C.

KOEPPERN Manufacturing
KOEPPERN utilizes modern operational systems and CNC-machining equipment capable ofmanufacturing large and heavy components such as press frames, rollers, mould ringsand bearing housings. An efficient networkconnects CAD design to NC-programming and all CNC-machines.
Modern testing and measuring processes serve to maintain the high quality standards necessary for roller presses and plant components.
KOEPPERN Electro-Chemical Machining (ECM)
When it comes to the production of special geometrical outlines of openings and shaped parts, ECM can be superior to traditional metal cutting processes. Likewise, highly alloyed materials such as chrome-nickel alloys, titanium alloys, or hardened steel parts can also be electro-chemically machined.
This efficient process stands for burr-free machining and excellent surface properties and, moreover, does not have any thermal influence on the material.
