Vibrating Dryers & Coolers
For processing of fragile or temperature sensitive materials, Carrier Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryers are the perfect solution for problems with material degradation. The low amplitude vibration and reduced fluidizing velocity create a gentle bed, which causes less degradation than with static fluid beds or other mechanical dryers. Fluidized bed techniques are most effectively utilized in applications for drying, cooling, calcining or sterilizing. Dryers are built to compensate for thermal expansion with supply air temperatures up to 1200 deg F. Materials processed include chemicals, synthetics, glass, food, explosives, wood, coal, metals, scrap and recycling.

Cooling and Transporting to a Whole New Level
If you need to process materials but youre short on floor space, the Carrier Spiral Elevator is the perfect solution. With a footprint of 4 to 11 feet in diameter, Carrier Spiral Elevator Processors can elevate a variety of bulk solids while drying and/or cooling at the same time! Heated or chilled air can be distributed throughout. The tower or conveying surfaces can be jacketed for very efficient, indirect processing. The unit is also designed with an adjustable stroke and angle of attackgiving you precise retention time control. Units are easy to clean, and have no moving parts in contact with the product. Elevator surfaces can be Plasma or Teflon coated, easily transporting sticky or difficult to handle products.

Carrier Vibratory Feeders provide the most efficient and economical method of conveying bulk materials, with the easiest means of controlling feed rate. These robust units are available in tuned, two-mass, natural frequency, and direct-drive designs available in widths from 12 inches to 10 feetand lengths up to 25 feet.

Carriers Tornesh Dryer dries as efficiently as a warm breeze.
Uniquely combining the benefits of fluid bed and flash drying, the Tornesh Dryer utilizes a hot, cyclonic airflow to efficiently elevate and dry materials at high moisture contents. Hot air introduced through two independently-controlled ducts. As product is dried, it is entrained in upward moving gas. Dried product is conveyed to dust collector. The Tornesh Dryers adjustable retention time allows you to process wet solids and fine materials precisely. And since the unit is self-cleaning and requires very little floor space, the Tornesh Dryer produces savings beyond energy consumption.
