Feeding of stud bolts through a vibratory bowl feeder is a regular feature, however, most of the times they are fed in head up orientation or else in axial or length wise orientation. In case one wants to use them in stem / tail up direction, a costly pick and place mechanism has to be employed for the same. To get over this problem, we has developed a special vibratory bowl feeder which feeds the stud bolts in head down position i.e. with the stem up. Any of the 8 models of vibratory bowl feeders manufactured by us can be used for this purpose depending upon the size of the stud bolts being fed. A wide size of stud bolts are also possible to be fed in the same bowl with slight change over tooling. Very high feed rates ranging from 70 pieces per minute to 350 pieces per minute are possible again depending upon the size of the stud bolts. This unit, which finds applications in the Fastener Industry as well as other allied Industries where such components are required.
