Midwesco® Announces the Implementation of M2MTM VIP Enterprise Portal to Strengthen The Supply Chain and Maximize Customer Relationships
Winchester, VA - June 11, 2007: Midwesco® Filter Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ NM: MFRI) announced today that effective June 1, 2007, Midwesco® will be adding an e-commerce platform to their website.
“Keeping up with industry demands, we wanted to provide our customers and prospects with detailed product information with an easy way to enter orders and to request a quote around the clock. What better way to provide our customers and prospects with improved customer service than putting the information in front of them 24 hours a day seven days a week?” said Marketing Communications Manager, Darlene Lowman.
The M2MTM VIP enterprise portal lets Midwesco® share information with customers and prospects in real-time – directly from the Made2Manage system currently in place. The M2MTM VIP Enterprise portal is a convenient and secure (128 bit encryption) place for customers to access real-time information about their account, status of orders and much more. On the Customer Essentials side of the site, customers will be able to look up their order status information, access invoice details, view status of their account, quotes or product inventory, access specifications in a product catalog and process a return materials authorization (RMA). The Transaction Center provides our customers with access to their order center. They will be able to add an item to an order, view previously saved orders, and see order templates (for frequently ordered parts) along with an email confirmation to the customer and the customer service department. The Transaction Center also allows one to request a new quote or view saved quotes.
