I hate to break the news to you, but you are very likely infringing upon one issued patent 7,091,460, and a patent application 11/514,589, which has approved office action claims and will issue within next couple of weeks. I suggest you read the claims of this patent and patent application very carefully.

Yes these patents mainly deal with in-situ and radio frequency. Bear in mind microwave is part of RF spectrum. Some claims are more broad than only in-situ applications.
