The rotary valve has been awarded six national patents, and been listed in Shanghai high-tech achievements transformation projects. Automatic bag opener has been awarded five national patents, one of which is invention patent and listed in 2009 national innovation fund projects; besides, semi-automatic bag opener was awarded one national patent.

Pneumatic conveying uses certain pressure and speed air flow as power and carrier to convey powder or particle solid materials via pipe to the designated locations. It is widely used in the trade of chemical industry, metallurgy, food, pharmacy and other areas with advantages of clean, high-speed and quantification .This technology can not only convey powder, particle and fibrous materials, such as PE, PP, PVC, cereals, cotton, carbon black etc., but also convey small block materials, such as coal, rock, etc.

Weighing and ingredient control system is used for different raw material storage, conveying, weighing ingredients, dust removal, mixing the materials, involving powder, grains, block, flakes, and etc. According to the properties of material, we use belt, screw, disc, governor value with the technology of frequency variation and servo to achieve the maximum ingredient accuracy at 1‰.

Hanrui Rotary Feeder has been awarded 6 national patens and been listed in Shanghai high-tech achievements transformation projects. Rotary feeder is called as rotary valve or star shape feeder. This special equipment is applicable for unloading, packing, mixing, dust collection, metering, rationing conveying of solid materials (powder, particles and its mixtures) conveying system. The working principle is, by driving motor and reduction gears to turn equi-divided structure impeller inside the shell, then materials from upper silo of the shell or feeder are filled inside cavity of impeller, where materials are discharged along with impeller rotating to the bottom of the shell. Materials can be discharged equably and continuously to the downstream unit according to the conveying system requirements.

Hanrui Company specialize in manufacturing the rotary valve used in various occasions, includes pneumatic conveying type, gravity discharge type, cleaning type, blow-through type, eccentric type, wear resistant type, high pressure and temperature type. Conveying capacity is 50 kg- 500ton/ h, working pressure is from ATM to 6.5 MPa.

Product Features:

Special shell inlet/outlet section can effectively prevent particle material from extrusion, blocking and shear breaking.

Exhaust passage and exhaust nozzle which are designed for pressure balance inside the shell can improve working efficiency and prevent accumulation of materials.

The shell and impeller with special structure design can convey very hard, high viscosity, high temperature, electrostatic and ultrafine materials.

Food grad and pharmaceutical grade materials can be conveyed. ■
