Re: Pneumatic Transport
Hi Everyone,
I have compressor that is oil free, producing 600 m3 of and can go up to 3 bar. This compressor is oil free. Very tough and minimum maintenance. Compressor is available as a diesel pak (weight only 500 kg) can be easily install on side of the silo.

It is very easy for one to mount a small diesel engine PTO powered blower on a bulk trailer with a little work and planning and they are available.
Most of the bulk trailers over here in the states have (low pressure) high air volume rotary lobe or vane blowers pressurising the bulk tanker to move the cargo from the trailer to the storage tank.
The low pressure vane or lobe blowers are typically powered off of the power take off of the prime mover or a separate diesel engine mounted on the trailer powering the blower with a power take off clutch system from the diesel engine mounted on the rear of the tanker trailer.
