Dear All

I m new for cement plant. currently i am operating a ball mill dia of 2.28 X 12 Mtr

with 15 TPH Output, i am facing some problem of Mill outlet bin jamming, Mill outlet discharge air slide also jamming and problem in continuously material discharging, The load of bucket elevator is steady. the problem is constant after feed reducing up to 8 TPh. Media level is 25 % in 1st chamber and 20 % in 2nd Chamber. Ball size up to 17-60 MM,

Thanks for your valuable reply, the capacity of airslide and bucket elevator is 50 TPH,

the material flow from mill (IInd chamber) is not continousely, whether is a problem of second chamber's media loading ?
