that is a pretty small kiln by today's standards. What is your quesiton, maybe I can help - we have had some that size in the past

Thanks for your response but this potential project has temporarily been shelved.
It is associated with a steel mill using them both for quicklime production and occasionally one burning dolomite.
They have inefficient wet scrubbing and pre-heating systems and are burning natural gas and an off-gas mix from the steel mill.
One kiln has a foundation problem causing some flexing and high roller wear.
