I work for a company and we build equipment for loading and unloading cement ships, but as far as I know, here in Valencia, the only companies that work with cement in the port are Cemex and Cementos la Unin, and they have their own unloading terminals.

We are manufacturing Dedusted Hoppers fo cemex as well as for many othe company leading the cement, Klinker or Caolin unloading. Obvious is required a Grab Crane (but normally are services that any ports will offer at cost x working hour).
