Secondly; i am sorry if i write wrong space, i searched all forums but i couldnt find correct space according to Quota.

Finally my Question;

My company is Aksoy Shipping;

We are the owners of 3 vessel that are TC right now, Moreover we are broker at same time, and provide a coal for domestic and foreign customers and also provide vessel for their cargo.

Now our new area is clinker, we want to carry clinker from china to Turkey, but i need to quota regulations, how can i get information ?
