Ladies and Gentlemen

We are in need of a 1ton/hr high pressure briquetting machine to be used for pilot scale binderless coal briquetting. We have in our budget R600 000 (~Euro 60 000/ US$ 60 000) and are prepared to rent or buy a new or refurbished machine.

I will be very happy if I can get some assistance.

Regards

Jonas Mangena

1ton/hr is not the problem. it is the binderless solution. Generally, in china, we mix binder and coal together to produce coal briquettes. See here coal briquetting plant

binderless briquetting exists, too. the typical material that allows no binder is quicklime. because it would react with H2O. binderless briquetting need much higher pressure and the capacity would be lower compared with the binder briquetting.
