Most universities don't teach agricultural engineering. You have to do a general engineering degree, and then specialise in some aspect. That could mean

Hi farmersbase,
It seems to me you are on the wrong page. This forum is for engineers who work with bulk handling of grain through conveyors, silos, bucket elevators, train loading stations and such.
"No till" is a farming issue. It has to do with how you mulch the ground to make worms grow. Try looking for a "Permaculture" website, or talk to your agricultural scientists at CSIRO.
