The equipment is mainly used to unload and load grain to truck. Via grab type gantry crane to grab grain, then through relevance travelling mechanism of gantry crane to put the grabbed material on the above of load system, then open the grab via gantry crane’s PLC control system, the grain will be load into the hopper directly, on hopper, have a electric hydraulic push rod control device, it is use to control the output of grain, to make the hopper work safety, effective and improve working efficiency when load grain to truck.
This equipment have two parts, up side parts and down side parts, because open mouth of feeding funnel is larger enough, so it is difficult for it to cause dust. And at the feed opening of hopper, have installed induced draft cover, so that it can avoid too much dust when loading material to trucks. All adsorbent dust will fall back to the parts of feed opening via back flushing of dirt catcher.
This equipment adopted advanced technology from foreign, reasonable design, and work at a very good condition.
