Sample Splitter

We are making the Sample Splitters for our Sampling Station entegrated for the dividing purposes. We have delivered these systems to the Customers we are serving in Turkey. It is namely YUNEL Rotary Cone Divider. It is not allocating so much space also it provides the adjustable and fixed sample splitting. It has a special openings adjusted for the required quantity of the material. Moreover the system is equipped with a screw conveyor (a miniature one) selected according to the material characteristics and capacity. It is constructed from Stainless Steel Material and works efficiently in difficult working conditions. Whatever the frequency of sample increment extraction is, it makes synchronized and continuous splitting. The excess material is discharged separately from the splitted material. The design of the system is completely different than complex sample splitters.

On www.rako.dk you can find information about our steeples adjustable dividers. Depending on particle size and model these dividers can divide with ratio from 1:2 up to 1:120 and give you from 1 to 8 samples. The non adjustable models can divide in up to 32 samples.
The max capacity is 12 kg per minute.
A special model controlled by a computer linked to a scale will give you the wanted sample weight with very small deviation.

VICO Sample splitters
I am trying to obtain details of an in-line sample splitter unit which is referred to as "Variable Input Constant Output" splitter.
This 'VICO splitter' apparently offers the facility to the user to pre-set the sample size e.g. 10%; 20% & 70% for given material types, and to adjust these sample % splitting as desired, without adversely affecting the accuracy of samples taken.
Does anyone know of such a splitter unit, or where I can find out more ?
Any help appreciated ■
