Responsibilities:
•Accountable for coordination of design team members, forecasting and drawing production including generation of piping drawings, isometrics, tie-in lists, valve lists and equipment lists
•Ability to prepare engineering deliverables lists based on P&ID’s and layouts
•Ability to coordinate technical information with other discipline leads.
Qualifications:
•7+ years experience in the design of tanks, pumps and piping systems and layouts of process machinery, specification and design of pressure vessels, rotating equipment and heat exchangers.
•Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD & 3-D Auto plant, smart plant P&ID is necessary
•Past experience in leading a group of designers (10+) on large projects
•Experience with other 3-D software such as PDS, PDMS is strongly valued
•Previous experience with process industries & mining projects is beneficial for these roles
•Excellent English (written and oral) communication skills.
•Being able to meet the challenge of tight deadlines and providing exceptional service to our clients is a must
