can you provide more information about your scaling system? how much for max ingredients ?

if 25-30g/batch is very small in batch system, i think good choice is loss-in weight. but you should know the tolerance then you can make the decision.

Hi Chris,

There are lot of recipe but one recipe may include 5-6 ingredients, as I said, the smallest is about 25g. But the total weigh is about 10-15kg

Unless the materials are hazardous it would be easiest to use measuring scoops. I would be much more concerned with mixing.
