Problems

.If we send more than 2 body shells having surface (total painting) area 92 Sq.m through Electro deposition (CED) tank then we found there is a problem of gassing i.e. pin holes on the bonnet & if we send one big body and other is small like cargo i.e. alternatively then we did not find gassing or pin holes on the bonnet. Why it is so? Suggest the solution.

.On the body shells there is some gap between some joints. After baking the body in ED oven we found UF drops are coming on the body shells through these gaps. How to avoid it? Suggest the solution

.There is too much dirt on the bonnet as well as on the top of the body is found. How to avoid it? Suggest the solution.

.If because of some problem in the conveyor system of Pre-treatment or in CED line then the body shells stops then the coating appears to be very rough or excessive coating. Now how to rework it. i.e. What chemical should we apply for quick removal of excess coating or complete coating so than again it is send in to the CED process to get the uniform coating?
