Re: Helicoid Flighting
Any screw conveyor manufacturer and most general fabricators should be able to make that for you without any problem. It sounds like you are in the US (who else uses the inch now?), I think Thomas Conveyors are or were one of the bigger companies in this business in the US. ■

I believe that American auger is still a going concern :^) ■
Helicoid Flights
Thank you for all of your help. I will send the drawings once you send an e-mail address.
American Auger can not support such a large Helicoid. ■
Re: Helicoid Flighting
I am afraid I don't think there is any point is sending the drawing to anyone who has replied to your question, I don't think of us are fabricators.
You need to talk to fabricators direct. If there are no US manufacturers who can make this unit ) and I would be amazed if there aren't) I am sure we can suggest some European ones.
Lyn Bates of Ajax, who contributes regularly to this forum, being one possibility. ■

Re: Helicoid Flighting
Maybe a few dimensions of the flighting you are looking for would help. ■
Helicoid Flights
The Helicoid Flight core diameter is 16."
The O.D. Of the flights starts at 39.37" and has a base diameter of 81.50".
The flight length is 92.5".
The material is 316L and it is .63 thick.
Our pulper rotors have either 3 or 4 flights welded to them.
I have a tif. file if someone is intrested in viewing the item.
The forum format does not allow for a tif file to be down loaded so I would need to e-mail the drawing. ■
