Phoenix Plants new mobile high capacity Track Mounted Mineral Sizer.
This new style of unit incorporates the compact design of a high throughput Mineral Sizer mounted on a modular tracked undercarriage with on board power unit.
This Mineral Sizer crushing unit mounted on the chassi has been developed to accept a maximum lump sizers up to 1m. The twin rotor design will reduce a range of materials to 250mm at up to 2000 tonnes per hour
Compact and mobile the whole unit has a total weight of 45 tonnes. including feeder, Mineral Sizer, Outfeed conveyor and on board Power Unit.
Fully remote controlled this unit can be operated from within the operators loading shovel.
The compactness of this mobile Sizer is ideal to allow the unit to work in areas the big IPCC crushers cannot operate.
Unique features are the sizers variable load sensing rotors with auto reverse cycle. On sensing of an overload or uncrushable item falling into the Sizing chamber the rotors will perform a reverse action.
These track mounted units are supplied with a complete set of Main Rotors. The sizer rotors can be removed and replaced within 8 hours to make wear part service intervals simple. The used set of rotors can then be worked on within an enclosed workshop ready for the next service or exchange.
