we r presently having a SAG MILL (A kind of BALL MILL)shown in the attached diagram which is giving output in the form of slurry of zinc ore. we separate greater than 6mm particle from this slurry by using vibrating screen. the reject (greater than 6mm particles) is again fed to the SAG MILL through belt conveyors (c-4 & c-5).
now i am going to take project to feed the reject to the BALL MILL using belt conveyor (red color conveyor) instead of refeeding it to the SAG MILL. but the problem is that the feed size of BALL MILL is -19 mm, while in the reject we have around 10% particles greater than 19 mm.
so please suggest me how to further separate these +19 mm particle from the required (-19 mm) particles. is there any option to have different system instead of existing vibrating screen.
