I recalled seeing TPE Kintech on a business card of a contact who is now working for another supplier.
Apparently TPE Kintech has wound up.
I can supply the contact details of the contact, if you think dialogue with them will be of any use (please PM me).
For history purposes, if I recall correctly, I spoke to the TPE late 2004.
