Dear sankarj,
primary failure may have been some manufacturing fault or an even small damage during operation or so. That's quite normal. But when you replaced the spring, did you get an original manufacturers spare part, or a replacement? Single spring operational features often demand high quality elements, as without redundancy the fatigue strength & finishing quality of the spring are most crucial.
Did you get in contact with your local Sandvik representation, even if it's maybe secondhand equipment?
